|Someone on one of the internet goat groups I'm involved with has said that "nothing is as adorable as a three pound kid." ND goat kids certainly have a corner on the cuteness market.
Within a few minutes of birth, the tiny kid is trying to stand on his feet and nurse. By the next day the kid is trying to bounce and play.
Sibling bonds are strong. Twins and triplets cuddle and play together (of course, they also play with other kids.) If separated for long, they bleat for each other.
Mother goats are usually very attentive at during the first few weeks, and the newborn gets more licks and attention than he or she probably wants. After a while, Mom lets the kid play and explore with the others while she eats or rests.
