Row 2: P to the first yo (the last yo you made on the previous row), p 1, yo, p3, yo, p to
the rest of the row.
Row 3: Repeat Row 2 in stockinette stitch (k one row, p one row) for a total of 7 rows. Cut

TOE
Put the nine center stitches on the 3rd needle. Purl across. Work these nine stitches back and
forth in stockinette stitch so that the RIGHT SIDE of the toe is purled for 6 rows.
BOTTOM/SOLE
Pick up 3 stitches from each side of toe section. Work for 9 rows in stockinette stitch, so that
the RIGHT SIDE of the BOTTOM/SOLE is purled.
(Will finish pattern as soon as I work another bootie)

Knitted Preemie Baby Booties (Moderate-Advanced skill level)
I need to work one of these to make sure everything is right and decide what type of sole I want to include. If you're an advance knitter and can work the sole/bottom without directions, go ahead and try the pattern. I'll try to add more directions soon.
Size: Approx. 3" long, 1 wide, Max 6 cuff circumference
3 small double-pointed knitting needles (size 2 or size needed for gauge you want). This bootie is NOT knitted in the round; you will not need the third needle until the toe portion. You could also use a stitch holder, but I think it's easier to knit off a third needle.

Knitted booties have ribbed cuff with beading for ribbon. Toe and sole are purled on the outside. (The loose thread on the upper bootie is where I tie the booties together.)
